PLEASE USE SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH APPLICANT

Every individual on the application over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application and credit check authorization.

Step. 1. Fill out Rental Application

Step 3. Before your application can be processed you will need to:

Complete and submit your rental application to our office
Include copies of your last 30 days pay stubs. Each applicant must submit separately.
Complete and sign a credit check authorization
There is a charge of $40.00 to process each application.
Cash or Money Order Only!! We do not accept checks.

Step 4. Bring your completed application, credit report authorization, copies of last 30 days pay stubs and $40.00 to our office for processing.
